I’ve wanted to do this for 10 years.
I had the idea when I first started writing.
You probably didn’t know this and probably can’t tell by my writing,
But I started writing 10 years ago.
On LinkedIn.
I would go to lunch & network with people I wanted to meet and learn from, then come home and write down all my learnings in the form of a blog post or LinkedIn article.
It was therapy for me then, it’s therapy for me now.
But I only wrote for ~2 years consistently.
I got really self conscience and quit writing & learning in public after a few comments on my content got in my head.
It was too vulnerable for me.
Instead, I kept journals of my learnings.
But I kept meeting people and learning incredible things.
Well, I’ve learned over the years that everyone is just making shit up.
In business, in life, in everything.
Nobody has it all figured out.
And those comments years ago that stopped me from sharing my personal journey and learnings don’t bother me anymore.
I’m just another guy out there trying to figure out this business / life thing.
So, i’m officially announcing:
The Routine Revenue Podcast
A podcast about entrepreneurs buying, building and scaling small businesses & side hustles. People who are figuring out ways to diversify their incomes outside their W2, some that have broken free from their W2 and gone all in and others who are trying to get there. The ups, downs and everything in between.
These small businesses will be just that: small. Producing extraordinary earnings from everyday routine businesses including micro-saas companies, lawn care services, vending routes, bakeries, candle making and much more.
Check out the new website: https://www.routinerevenuepodcast.com/
In addition, I’ll be sharing more details on our 2 acquisitions, StockNSnack Vending & Appleton Electronics Group. Both of which are big side hustles to consulting that COULD be full time gigs if/when we want them to be.
If you’re curious of ways to earn and extra $2k/month running a smb that could scale to be a full time opportunity, this podcast is for you.
I bought podcasting equipment ~8 years ago with expectations of starting a podcast.
After ~8 drafts of different versions, I’m proud to finally bring it to life.
It ain’t perfect, but this is my version of getting in the trenches and putting it out there.
It would mean the world to me if you’d subscribe to the podcast

My last 2 asks
My hope is to provide content that people enjoy and can learn from.
As I’ve seen the last 3 years in tech unfold with all the layoffs, it’s inspired me to want to help people earning >$100k a year find alternative ways to make >$100k a year.
as a side hustle
working for themselves
via small business acquisition
This is free content. Nobody pays me for this. (not yet, maybe I’ll get lucky on that some day)
My asks:
share this with anyone who’s looking to reduce their dependency upon a W2 income and diversify revenue streams
anyone starting or building a side hustle right now
