This post definitely helps, I've been feeling like a tire kicker recently, not because I don't actually want to buy a business, but a lot of the listings I've looked at aren't as good when you dive into the details for various reasons. But I also have tended to ghost some of the brokers after the details don't pan out. Definitely great pointers for me to know what to improve in my search.
